Dr. Clarence Leonard (Len) Kemp, MD

- Certifications: Medical Review Officer (M.R.O.), and Certified Medical Examiner (DOT)
Dr. Kemp has held several positions including the 70th President of the Arkansas Chapter of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Chief of Staff at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center from 1993 to 1994. Dr. Kemp has served on several additional hospital committees including OB, Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, Drugs & Equipment Review, Credentials, Blood Transfusions and Tissues, and the Executive Committee. Dr. Kemp commissioned in the Army Reserves in 2003. He deployed 4 times in 6 years to Germany, Afghanistan and twice in Iraq. He then joined the Arkansas Army National Guard for another 6 years and retired as a Colonel. Dr. Kemp founded Paragould Family Care, PA in August 2016.

Mrs. Wise is a founding member and past president of the Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, and Arkansas Nurses Association. Ronette is also a charter member and Lifetime Associate of the Paragould Junior Auxiliary, and a member of Leadership Paragould. She joined Paragould Family Care, PA in February 2025.
